We need a copy of your prescription for these products to ensure we can fulfill your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Therefore, it would be best if you send your prescription to us in one of the following HIPAA-compliant ways:

2. Fax: You can fax a copy of your prescription to us at 469-297-4501. Please include your name and order number on the fax cover sheet.

So that you know, we are required by law to have a valid prescription on file before we can dispense CPAP or oxygen machines. Therefore, if we do not receive your prescription within five business days of placing your order, your order may be canceled and refunded.
