Prescription Upload(Rx)

We appreciate your interest in purchasing a CPAP or oxygen machine from GMS Medical. We take patient privacy very seriously and are committed to maintaining compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

We need a copy of your prescription for these products to ensure we can fulfill your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Therefore, it would be best if you send your prescription to us in one of the following HIPAA-compliant ways:

1. Email: You can email a scanned copy or clear prescription photo to rx@gmsmedical1.com. Please include your name and order number in the email's subject line.

2. Fax: You can fax a copy of your prescription to us at 469-297-4501. Please include your name and order number on the fax cover sheet.

3. Mail: You can mail a copy of your prescription to our address at GMS Medical 219 N Interstate 35 E Desoto, Tx 75115.

4. Upload: You can upload a digital copy of your prescription directly through our website. Simply follow the prompts to upload your (RX)

So that you know, we are required by law to have a valid prescription on file before we can dispense CPAP or oxygen machines. Therefore, if we do not receive your prescription within five business days of placing your order, your order may be canceled and refunded.
